Dear Comrades,

There is urgent financial support needed for the Community of Squatted Prosfygika in Alexandras Avenue in Athens. The current situation has been bad and will change for the worst. Imperialist wars, fascist regimes and global capitalism are growing stronger in different territories, millions of people on the move get trapped and killed by the Greek and European Border regime, exploitation of landscapes and natural resources are pushing the climate catastrophe. These forces are the same that oppress and criminalize everyone and everything that we are struggling for. This situation leads to the need of self-organisation and social self-defense to build upon a ground of resistance.

The Community of Squatted Prosfygika is home to more than 500 people. As a result, Prosfygika has managed to sustain a politically unified neighborhood, numerous squatted apartments, communal structures covering the needs of dozens of people, a constant participation to local and international struggles (Struggle against Gentrification, Defense of Squats, Solidarity with political prisoners, Struggle against border policies and pushbacks, Riseup4Rojava...) and a holistic revolutionary perspective.

„For more than ten years, the "Assembly of Squatted Prosfygika" has been demonstrating that the existence of a self-organized community in the centre of a European metropolis is possible, signaling hope for the societies of the future. The struggle for the salvation of the Prosfygika community is a struggle for freedom, life and humanity, which inspires and gives strength for the collective demands of the future. We will remain and defend what we are. For this we need local and international solidarity. Next to the exchange of experiences, workforces and the creation of wider networks, one of the most important needs is financial support.

We need to cover:

Basic needs of the community: The Community is composed of a mosaic of people of the oppressed class from various political, cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds from around the world. Families, refugees, political militants are living and fighting together. The members of the community need money to fix their papers (for asylum procedures, work permissions...), for health care, court expenses or for any kind of upcoming emergency.

Basic needs of structures and infrastructures: The community-life is organized through structures and infrastructures to answer to the basic needs of the people. Financial and practical support helps them in growing and keeping a sustainable base.

Health Structure: The health care in Greece is privatized heavily. This and the absence of health insurances makes it very difficult to access health care for refugees and is really expensive for everyone else. The idea of the Health Structure (which is already supporting people with appointments, payments and escorts) is to renovate and open houses for hosting family members of the patients of the cancer-treatment hospital close by. Moreover the costs for special treatments of community members with serious illnesses need to be covered.

Women Structure: The Women Structure is renovating and opening a house; a common space for the women of the neighborhood to connect and organize, also to produce goods to create a financial income answering to the basic needs of the femininities of the community. In this house there are sleeping places for women in serious emergency situations. Financial and technical support to install water, electricity, electric devices and furniture is essential.

Children's house and Self education structure is operating on the basis of self-education, aiming to achieve a communal education confronting the individualistic capitalist reality and replacing it by our common culture and communal values. For many years now, children from the community and the neighborhood, aged 2-12 come to the Children Structure, where they participate in creative activities, they do their homework, learn the greek language, meet each other, do their own assemblies and in general have their own space. Also, along with the parents and the rest people of the community, the Children Structure supports with medical, health and school issues of the children and also intervenes when the children or their families face exclusions.

Recently, a self organized Kinder-garden started to operate every day for children aged 2-4 that are not able to participate in state education. The goal is to have a safe and creative place for the toddlers to discover their environment and accomplish their autonomy.

The financial needs of the structure are always high. We need the money in order to create a real school with a libertarian educational environment (furniture, toys, fabrics, pillows, carpets, plants, books, creative material). Also, we need to cover the money for activities outside of the neighborhood, as well as to cover the expenses for the works needed to be done in the space, hygiene materials (diapers, baby nutrition, toilet papers) and school material.

Technical Structure: The technical structure is answering to the needs of the buildings that are more than 90 years old. Besides money for construction materials and tools there is need of comrades with skills of plumbers, electricians and construction work,... to support the maintenance.

Basic needs of self-defense and counter-attack: The community has faced numerous attacks/ invasions by repressive forces, damaging buildings, trying to terrorize the neighborhood and penalizing the defenders of it. On the basis of the political choice of the community to resist and defend the ground of our struggle and our values, materials, tools and knowledge are needed to strengthen our doors, windows and rooftops.

Repression costs: By the participation in international and local struggles, the community members are facing court cases. Two court cases followed the police attack against the neighborhood that happened on 22/11/2022: Comrade Kostas Dimalexis was violently arrested and accused of made up charges, later on 79 members of the community (including one pregnant women and 4 underage persons) and solidarians were arrested for defending the neighborhood. Other court cases are for example: Members of the women ́s structure of the community have been arrested for an intervention against the plan of gentrification, court cases for our participation in the demonstration in solidarity with political prisoners and several others are still open.

We, the Neighborhood, the Community of Squatted Prosfygika of Alexandra Avenue, are a community of struggle counting 13 years of collective action. We are not going to give up a single inch of land from the liberated ground. We will continue to defend our diversity, our collective memory, our values and ethics.

Il y a un besoin urgent de soutien financier pour la communauté squattée de Prosfygika de l'avenue Alexandras à Athènes. La situation actuelle est mauvaise et va empirer. Les guerres impérialistes, les régimes fascistes et le capitalisme mondial se renforcent dans différents territoires, des millions de personnes en déplacement sont piégées et tuées par le régime frontalier grec et européen, l'exploitation des paysages et des ressources naturelles accélère la catastrophe climatique. Ce sont les mêmes forces qui oppriment et criminalisent les peuples et tout ce pour quoi nous luttons. Cette situation créé la nécessité d'une auto-organisation et d'une autodéfense sociale pour construire un terrain de résistance.

La communauté squattée de Prosfygika abrite plus de 500 personnes.Les résultats de ce projets sont (En conséquence, Prosfygika a réussi à maintenir) un quartier politiquement unifié, de nombreux appartements squattés, des structures communautaires couvrant les besoins de centaines de personnes, une participation constante aux luttes locales et internationales (Lutte contre la gentrification, Défense des Squats, Solidarité avec les prisonniers politiques, Lutte contre les politiques frontalières et les ‘pushbacks’, Riseup4Rojava...) et une perspective révolutionnaire holistique.

Nous resterons et défendrons ce que nous sommes. Pour cela, nous faisons appel à la solidarité locale et internationale. Outre l'échange d'expériences, de main-d'œuvre et la création de réseaux plus larges, l'un des besoins les plus importants est le soutien financier.

Nous devons couvrir:

Les besoins de base de la communauté: La Communauté est composée d'une mosaïque de personnes appartenant à la classe des opprimés et provenant de divers horizons politiques, culturels, religieux et ethniques du monde entier. Des familles, des réfugié•es, des militant•es politiques qui vivent et luttent ensemble. Les membres de la communauté ont besoin d'argent pour régler leurs papiers (pour les procédures d'asile, les permis de travail...), pour les soins de santé, les frais de justice ou pour tout autre type d'urgence à venir.

Besoins de base des structures et des infrastructures: La vie communautaire est organisée par le biais de structures et d'infrastructures qui répondent aux besoins fondamentaux des personnes. Le soutien financier et pratique les aide à croître et à maintenir une base durable.

Structure de santé: Les soins de santé en Grèce sont fortement privatisés. Cette situation et l'absence d'assurance maladie rendent l'accès aux soins de santé très difficile pour les réfugié•es et très coûteux pour toustes les autres. L'idée de la structure de santé (qui aide déjà les gens pour les rendez-vous, les paiements et l'accompagnement) est de rénover et d'ouvrir des maisons pour accueillir les membres des familles des patient•es de l'hôpital de traitement du cancer situé à proximité. En outre, les coûts des traitements spéciaux des membres de la communauté atteints de maladies graves doivent être couverts.

Structure des femmes: La structure des femmes est en train de rénover et d'ouvrir une maison ; un espace commun pour que les femmes du quartier puissent se connecter et s'organiser, mais aussi pour produire des biens afin de créer un revenu financier répondant aux besoins premiers des femmes de la communauté. Dans cette maison, il y a des places pour que des femmes en situation d'urgence puissent dormir. Le soutien financier et technique pour l'installation de l'eau, de l'électricité, des appareils électriques et du mobilier est essentiel.

La maison des enfants et la structure d'auto-éducation fonctionnent sur la base de l'auto-éducation, visant à réaliser une éducation communautaire confrontant la réalité capitaliste individualiste et à la remplacer par notre culture et valeurs communes. Depuis de nombreuses années, des enfants de la communauté et du quartier, âgés de 2 à 12 ans, viennent à la Structure d'enfants, où ils participent à des activités créatives, font leurs devoirs, apprennent la langue grecque, se rencontrent, font leurs propres assemblées et en général ont leur propre espace. En outre, aux côtés des parents et du reste de la communauté, la Structure d'Enfance soutient les problèmes médicaux, sanitaires et scolaires des enfants et intervient également lorsque les enfants ou leurs familles sont confrontés à des exclusions. Récemment, un jardin d'enfants auto-organisé a commencé à fonctionner tous les jours pour les enfants âgés de 2 à 4 ans qui ne sont pas en mesure de participer à l'éducation publique. L'objectif est d'avoir un lieu sûr et créatif permettant aux tout-petits de découvrir leur environnement et d'acquérir leur autonomie.

Les besoins financiers de la structure sont toujours élevés. Nous avons besoin d'argent pour créer une véritable école avec un environnement éducatif libertaire (meubles, jouets, tissus, oreillers, tapis, plantes, livres, matériel créatif). Nous devons également couvrir les frais pour les activités en dehors du quartier, ainsi que les dépenses pour les travaux à effectuer dans l'espace, le matériel d'hygiène (couches, alimentation pour bébé, papier toilette) et le matériel scolaire.

Structure technique: La structure technique répond aux besoins des bâtiments qui ont plus de 90 ans. En plus de l'argent pour les matériaux de construction et les outils, il y a un besoin du soutien des camarades avec des compétences en plomberie, en électricité et en construction pour soutenir la maintenance.

Besoins de base pour l'autodéfense et la contre-attaque: La communauté a été confrontée à de nombreuses attaques/invasions de la part des forces répressives, qui ont endommagé les bâtiments, tenté de terroriser le quartier et pénalisé ses défenseurs. Sur la base du choix politique de la communauté de résister et de défendre le terrain de notre lutte et de nos valeurs nous avons besoin de des matériaux, d'outils et de connaissances pour renforcer nos portes, nos fenêtres et nos toits.

Les coûts de la répression: En participant aux luttes internationales et locales, les membres de la communauté sont confrontés à des procès. Deux procès ont suivi l'attaque de la police contre le quartier du 22/11/2022 : le camarade Kostas Dimalexis a été violemment arrêté et accusé de charges inventées, puis 79 membres de la communauté (dont une femme enceinte et 4 mineurs) et des solidaires ont été arrêté•es pour avoir défendu le quartier. D'autres affaires ont été portées devant les tribunaux : des membres de la structure des femmes de la communauté ont été arrêtés pour une intervention contre le plan de gentrification, des procès pour notre participation à la manifestation de solidarité avec les prisonniers politiques et plusieurs autres sont encore en cours.

Nous, le quartier, la communauté squattée de Prosfygika de l'avenue Alexandras, sommes une communauté de lutte qui compte 13 ans d'action collective. Nous n'allons pas céder un seul pouce de terrain libéré. Nous continuerons à défendre notre diversité, notre mémoire collective, nos valeurs et notre éthique.

Αγαπητ-οί/-ες/-α Σύντροφ-οι/-ισες/-ια,

Υπάρχει μια έκτακτη ανάγκη για οικονομική στήριξη της κοινότητας των κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών της Λεωφόρου Αλεξάνδρας, στην Αθήνα. Η παρούσα κατάσταση είναι άσχημη και θα αλλάξει προς το χειρότερο. Οι Ιμπεριαλιστικοί πόλεμοι, τα φασιστικά καθεστώτα και ο παγκόσμιος καπιταλισμός δυναμώνουν σε διάφορες περιοχές, εκατομμύρια άνθρωποι που βρίσκονται σε διαρκή κατάσταση μετακίνησης παγιδεύονται και σκοτώνονται από το ελληνικό και ευρωπαϊκό συνοριακό καθεστώς, η εκμετάλλευση των τοπίων και των φυσικών πόρων σπρώχνει την κλιματική καταστροφή. Αυτές οι δυνάμεις είναι οι ίδιες που καταπιέζουν και ποινικοποιούν όλους και όλα, για τα οποία αγωνιζόμαστε. Αυτή η κατάσταση οδηγεί στην ανάγκη της αυτοοργάνωσης και της κοινωνικής αυτοάμυνας για να χτίσουμε ένα έδαφος αντίστασης.

Η Κοινότητα των κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών αποτελεί σπίτι για περισσότερα από 500 άτομα. Το εγχείρημα έχει ως αποτέλεσμα μια πολιτικά ενοποιημένη γειτονιά, πολυάριθμα κατειλημμένα διαμερίσματα, αυτόνομες κοινοτικές δομές που καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες δεκάδων ανθρώπων, μια συνεχή συμμετοχή σε τοπικούς και διεθνείς αγώνες (Αγώνας ενάντια στον εξευγενισμό, Υπεράσπιση των καταλήψεων, Αλληλεγγύη στους πολιτικούς κρατούμενους, Αγώνας ενάντια στις πολιτικές των συνόρων και των επαναπροωθήσεων, Rise Up for Rojava) και μια ολιστική επαναστατική προοπτική. 

"Εδώ και πάνω από δέκα χρόνια, στα Προσφυγικά της λ. Αλεξάνδρας, η «Συνέλευση Κατειλημμένων Προσφυγικών» αποδεικνύει ότι η ύπαρξη μιας αυτο-οργανωμένης κοινότητας στο κέντρο μιας ευρωπαϊκής μεγαλούπολης είναι εφικτή, σηματοδοτώντας την ελπίδα για τις κοινωνίες του μέλλοντος. Ο αγώνας για τη σωτηρία της κοινότητας των Προσφυγικών είναι αγώνας για ελευθερία, ζωή και ανθρωπιά, που εμπνέει και δίνει δύναμη για τις συλλογικές διεκδικήσεις του μέλλοντος. Ενός μέλλοντος που θα βασίζεται στην αλληλεγγύη, την ελευθερία και τη συντροφικότητα." Θα παραμείνουμε εδώ και θα υπερασπιστούμε αυτό που είμαστε. Για αυτό χρειαζόμαστε τοπική και διεθνιστική αλληλεγγύη. Δίπλα στην ανταλλαγή εμπειριών, ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού και τη δημιουργία ευρύτερων δικτύων, μια από τις σημαντικότερες ανάγκες είναι η οικονομική υποστήριξη.

Πρέπει να καλύψουμε:

Βασικές ανάγκες της κοινότητας: Η Κοινότητα αποτελείται από ένα μωσαϊκό ανθρώπων των "απο τα κάτω", από διάφορα πολιτικά, πολιτιστικά, θρησκευτικά και εθνικά υπόβαθρα από όλο τον κόσμο. Οικογένειες, πρόσφυγες, πολιτικοί αγωνιστές ζουν και αγωνίζονται μαζί. Τα μέλη της κοινότητας χρειάζονται χρήματα για να φτιάξουν τα χαρτιά τους (για διαδικασίες ασύλου, άδειες εργασίας...), για υγειονομική περίθαλψη, δικαστικά έξοδα ή για κάθε είδους επερχόμενη έκτακτη ανάγκη.

Βασικές ανάγκες δομών και υποδομών: Η κοινοτική ζωή οργανώνεται μέσω δομών και υποδομών για να ανταποκρίνεται στις βασικές ανάγκες των ανθρώπων. Η οικονομική και πρακτική υποστήριξη τις βοηθά να αναπτυχθούν και να διατηρήσουν μια βιώσιμη βάση.

Δομή υγείας: Η υγειονομική περίθαλψη στην Ελλάδα είναι σε μεγάλο βαθμό ιδιωτικοποιημένη. Αυτό αλλά και η απουσία ασφάλισης υγείας καθιστά πολύ δύσκολη, για τους πρόσφυγες, την πρόσβαση στην υγειονομική περίθαλψη, παράλληλα είναι πραγματικά ακριβή για όλους τους άλλους. Η ιδέα της Δομής Υγείας (η οποία ήδη στηρίζει τους ανθρώπους με ραντεβού, πληρωμές και συνοδεία) είναι να ανακαινίσει και να ανοίξει σπίτια για τη φιλοξενία των μελών των οικογενειών των ασθενών του αντικαρκινικού νοσοκομείου που βρίσκεται κοντά. Επιπλέον, πρέπει να καλυφθούν τα έξοδα για ειδικές θεραπείες των μελών της κοινότητας, τα οποία έχουν σοβαρές ασθένειες.

Γυναικεία Δομή: Η γυναικεία δομή ανακαινίζει και ανοίγει ένα σπίτι- έναν κοινό χώρο για τις γυναίκες της γειτονιάς που θα μπορούν να συνδέονται και να οργανώνονται, καθώς και να παράγουν προϊόντα, για να δημιουργούν ένα οικονομικό εισόδημα που θα ανταποκρίνεται στις βασικές ανάγκες των θηλυκοτήτων της κοινότητας. Το σπίτι περιλαμβάνει χώρο για ύπνο για γυναίκες που βρίσκονται σε καταστάσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης. Εκεί, χρειάζεται οικονομική-τεχνική υποστήριξη για την εγκατάσταση νερού, ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος, ηλεκτρικών συσκευών και επίπλων.

Η δομή Παιδικού Στεκιού και Αυτομόρφωσης λειτουργεί στη βάση της αυτομόρφωσης, με σκοπό να επιτύχει μια κοινοτιστική εκπαίδευση που συγκρούεται με την ατομικιστική καπιταλιστική πραγματικότητα και την αντικαθιστά με την κοινή μας κουλτούρα και τις κοινές μας αξίες. Για πολλά χρόνια τώρα, παιδιά από την κοινότητα και την γειτονιά, 2-12 χρονών, έρχονται στην Παιδική Δομή, όπου συμμετέχουν σε δημιουργικές δραστηριότητες, κάνουν τα μαθήματα του σχολείου, μαθαίνουν την ελληνική γλώσσα, συναντιούνται, κάνουν τις δικές τους συνελεύσεις και γενικά έχουν τον δικό τους χώρο. Επίσης, μαζί με τους γονείς και τους υπόλοιπους ανθρώπους της κοινότητας, η Παιδική Δομή υποστηρίζει σε ζητήματα ιατρικά, υγείας και σχολικά που έχουν τα παιδιά και παρεμβαίνει όταν τα παιδιά ή οι οικογένειές τους αντιμετωπίζουν αποκλεισμούς.

Πρόσφατα, ένας αυτοοργανωμένος παιδικός σταθμός άρχισε να λειτουργεί κάθε μέρα για παιδιά 2-4 χρονών που δεν μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν στην κρατική εκπαίδευση. Ο σκοπός είναι να υπάρχει ένα ασφαλές και δημιουργικό μέρος για τα μικρά, για να εξερευνούν το περιβάλλον τους και να πετύχουν την αυτονομία τους. 

Οι οικονομικές ανάγκες τις δομής είναι πάντα υψηλές. Χρειαζόμαστε λεφτά για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα πραγματικό σχολείο με ελευθεριακό εκπαιδευτικό περιβάλλον (έπιπλα, παιχνίδια, υφάσματα, μαξιλάρια, χαλιά, φυτά, βιβλία, δημιουργικό υλικό). Επίσης, χρειάζεται να καλύψουμε τα λεφτά για δραστηριότητες εκτός της γειτονιάς, όπως και να καλύψουμε τα έξοδα για τις αναγκαίες εργασίες στον χώρο, είδη υγιεινής (πάνες, βρεφικές τροφές, χαρτιά υγείας) και σχολικό υλικό.

Βασικές ανάγκες αυτοάμυνας και αντεπίθεσης: Η κοινότητα, έχει αντιμετωπίσει πολλές φορές επιθέσεις/εισβολές από δυνάμεις καταστολής, καταστρέφοντας τα κτίρια, προσπαθώντας να τρομοκρατήσουν τη γειτονιά και ποινικοποιώντας τους υπερασπιστές. Στη βάση της πολιτικής επιλογής της κοινότητας να αντισταθεί και να υπερασπιστεί τις αξίες μας και το έδαφος του αγώνα μας, χρειάζονται υλικά, εργαλεία και γνώσεις για να ενισχύσουμε τις πόρτες, τα παράθυρα και τις στέγες μας.

Τα κόστη της καταστολής: Με τη συμμετοχή σε διεθνείς και τοπικούς αγώνες, τα μέλη της κοινότητας έρχονται αντιμέτωπα με δικαστικές υποθέσεις. Δύο τέτοιες, ακολούθησαν την επίθεση της αστυνομίας στηγειτονιά που έγινε στις 22/11/2022: ο σύντροφος Κώστας Δημαλέξης συνελήφθη βίαια και κατηγορήθηκε με κατασκευασμένες κατηγορίες, ενώ αργότερα συνελήφθησαν 79 μέλη της κοινότητας (συμπεριλαμβανομένης μιας εγκύου και 4 ανηλίκων) και αλληλέγγυα άτομα που υπερασπίστηκαν τη γειτονιά. Άλλες δικαστικές υποθέσεις είναι για παράδειγμα οι εξής: Μέλη της γυναικείας δομής της κοινότητας έχουν συλληφθεί για παρέμβαση που έκαναν ενάντια στο σχέδιο εξευγενισμού, δικαστικές υποθέσεις για τη συμμετοχή μας σα πορεία αλληλεγγύης στους πολιτικούς κρατούμενους και αρκετές άλλες οι οποίες είναι ακόμα ανοιχτές.

Εμείς, η Γειτονιά, η Κοινότητα των Καταληψιών Προσφυγικών της Λεωφόρου Αλεξάνδρας, είμαστε μια κοινότητα αγώνα εδώ και 13 χρόνια της συλλογικής μας δράσης. Δεν πρόκειται να παραδώσουμε ούτε σπιθαμή γης από το απελευθερωμένο έδαφος και θα συνεχίσουμε να υπερασπιζόμαστε τη διαφορετικότητα μας, την ιστορική μας μνήμη, τις αξίες και την ηθική μας.

Οργανώστε διεθνιστική αλληλεγγύη με τα Προσφυγικά, μέσω οικονομικής υποστήριξης, στηρίξτε την αντίσταση μέσω δικτύου & οχυρώσεων και διαδώστε το κάλεσμα!

Die Community of Squatted Prosfygika in der Alexandras Avenue in Athen braucht dringend finanzielle Unterstützung. Die aktuelle Situation ist kritisch und wird immer kritischer. Imperialistische Kriege, faschistische Regime und der globale Kapitalismus werden immer stärker, Millionen von Menschen auf der Flucht werden durch das griechische und europäische Grenzregime eingeknastet und getötet, die Zerstörung von Landschaften und die Ausbeutung von natürlichen Ressourcen treibt die Klimakatastrophe voran. Währenddessen sorgen die Verantwortlichen dafür, dass alles und alle unterdrückt und kriminalisiert werden, wofür und für wen wir kämpfen. Selbstorganisation und sozialen Selbstverteidigung wird zur Notwendigkeit, um eine Grundlage für den Widerstand gegen die Gesamtsituation zu schaffen.

In der Community of Squatted Prosfygika leben mehr als 500 Menschen. Prosfygika ist es gelungen, eine politisch vereinte Nachbarschaft aufzubauen mit zahlreichen besetzten Wohnungen, bedürfnisorientierte Gemeinschaftsstrukturen für die hier wohnenden Menschen, ständiger Beteiligung an lokalen und internationalen Kämpfen (Kämpfe gegen Gentrifizierung, Verteidigung von Hausbesetzungen, Solidarität mit politischen Gefangenen, Kämpfe gegen Grenzen und Pushbacks, Riseup4Rojava,...) und eine ganzheitliche revolutionäre Perspektive umzusetzen.

Wir werden beständig das verteidigen, was wir sind. Dafür brauchen wir lokale und internationale Solidarität. Neben dem Austausch von Erfahrungen, Unterstützung hier vor Ort und dem Aufbau größerer Netzwerke ist eine der wichtigsten Voraussetzungen die finanzielle Unterstützung.

Grundbedürfnisse der Gemeinschaft: Die Gemeinschaft setzt sich aus einem Mosaik von Menschen der unterdrückten Klassen mit verschiedenen politischen, kulturellen, religiösen und ethnischen Hintergründen aus der ganzen Welt zusammen. Familien, Geflüchtete und Militante, die zusammen leben und kämpfen. Die Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft brauchen zum Beispiel Geld, um ihre Papiere zu besorgen (für Asylverfahren, Arbeitserlaubnisse usw.), für die medizinische Versorgung, für Gerichtskosten oder für jede Art von bevorstehenden Notfällen.

Grundbedürfnisse der Strukturen und Infrastrukturen: Das Gemeinschaftsleben wird durch Strukturen und Infrastrukturen organisiert, um die Grundbedürfnisse der Menschen erfüllen zu können. Finanzielle und praktische Unterstützung hilft dabei, eine nachhaltige Grundlage zu schaffen und zu erhalten.

Gesundheitsstruktur: Die Gesundheitsversorgung in Griechenland ist sehr stark privatisiert. Dadurch und durch das Fehlen von Krankenversicherungen ist der Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung für Geflüchtete sehr schwierig und für alle anderen sehr teuer. Die Gesundheitsstruktur unterstützt Menschen bereits mit Terminen, Zahlungen und Begleitung. Ein bestehender Plan ist es, Häuser in Prosfygika zu renovieren, in denen die Familienangehörigen der Patient*innen des nahe gelegenen auf Krebsbehandlung spezialisierten Krankenhauses untergebracht werden können. Außerdem müssen die Gesundheitskosten für Menschen aus der Community mit schweren Krankheiten übernommen werden.

Frauenstruktur: Die Frauenstruktur ist dabei, ein Haus zu renovieren und zu eröffnen; ein gemeinsamer Raum für die Frauen der Nachbar*innenschaft, um sich zu treffen und zu organisieren, aber auch um Produkte herzustellen, um ein finanzielles Einkommen zu schaffen, das den Grundbedürfnissen der Frauen der Gemeinschaft entspricht. In diesem Haus gibt es Schlafplätze für Frauen in ernsten Notsituationen sowie finanzielle und technische Unterstützung für die Installation von Wasser, Strom, elektrischen Geräten und Möbeln.

Das Kinderhaus und die Struktur für Selbstbildung arbeiten auf der Grundlage der Selbstbildung und zielen auf eine gemeinschaftliche Erziehung ab, die der individualistischen kapitalistischen Realität entgegentritt und sie durch unsere gemeinsame Kultur und gemeinschaftliche Werte ersetzt. Seit vielen Jahren kommen Kinder aus der Gemeinde und der Nachbar*innenschaft im Alter von 2-12 Jahren in die Kinderstruktur, wo sie an kreativen Aktivitäten teilnehmen, ihre Hausaufgaben machen, die griechische Sprache lernen, sich treffen, ihre eigenen Versammlungen abhalten und im Allgemeinen ihren eigenen Raum haben. Zusammen mit den Eltern und den anderen Gemeindemitgliedern unterstützt die Children Structure die Kinder bei medizinischen, gesundheitlichen und schulischen Problemen und greift auch ein, wenn Kinder oder ihre Familien von Ausgrenzung betroffen sind. 

Seit kurzem gibt es einen selbst organisierten Kindergarten für Kinder im Alter von 2 bis 4 Jahren, die nicht an der staatlichen Schule teilnehmen können, der täglich geöffnet ist. Ziel ist es, den Kleinkindern einen sicheren und kreativen Ort zu bieten, an dem sie ihre Umwelt entdecken und ihre Selbstständigkeit entwickeln können. 

Der Finanzbedarf der Einrichtung ist immer hoch. Wir brauchen das Geld, um eine echte Schule mit einem libertären Bildungsumfeld zu schaffen (Möbel, Spielzeug, Stoffe, Kissen, Teppiche, Pflanzen, Bücher, Kreativmaterial). Außerdem brauchen wir Geld für Aktivitäten außerhalb der Nachbar*innenschaft sowie für die notwendigen Arbeiten in den Räumen, Hygienematerialien (Windeln, Babynahrung, Toilettenpapier) und Schulmaterial.

Technische Struktur: Die technische Struktur ist auf die Bedürfnisse der über 90 Jahre alten Gebäude abgestimmt. Neben Geld für Baumaterialien und Werkzeuge werden zur Unterstützung der Instandhaltung Comrades mit Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Klempnerei, Elektrik und Bauarbeiten gebraucht.

Grundbedürfnisse der Selbstverteidigung und des Gegenangriffs: Seit dem Bestehen der Community fanden zahlreichen Angriffe repressiver Kräfte statt. Die Häuser wurden beschädigt, die Nachbar*innenschaft terrorisiert und die Menschen der Community mit Gerichtsverfahren konfrontiert. Wir brauchen Materialien, Werkzeuge und Wissen, um unsere Türen, Fenster und Dächer zu verstärken. Dadurch können wir auf der Grundlage der politischen Entscheidung der Community Widerstand zu leisten, unsere Kämpfe und unsere Werte verteidigen.

Repressionskosten: Durch die Teilnahme an internationalen und lokalen Kämpfen sind die Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft mit Gerichtsverfahren konfrontiert. Zwei Gerichtsverfahren folgten auf den Angriff der Polizei auf die Nachbar*innenschaft am 22.11.2022: Der Comrade Kostas Dimalexis wurde gewaltsam verhaftet und wegen erfundener Anschuldigungen angeklagt, später wurden 79 Mitglieder der Comunity (darunter eine schwangere Frau und vier Minderjährige) und weitere Menschen die sich solidarisch gezeigt haben wegen der Verteidigung der Nachbar*innenschaft verhaftet.

Andere Gerichtsverfahren der letzten Jahre sind zum Beispiel: Menschen aus der Frauenstruktur der Community wurden wegen einer Aktion gegen den Gentrifizierungsplan verhaftet und Gerichtsverfahren wegen unserer Teilnahme an einer Demonstration in Solidarität mit politischen Gefangenen sind noch offen.

Wir, die Nachbar*innenschaft, die Community der Besetzung in Prosfygika in der Alexandra Avenue, sind eine Community des Kampfes, die auf 13 Jahre kollektive Aktion zurückblicken kann. Wir werden nicht einen einzigen Zentimeter des befreiten Gebiets aufgeben. Wir werden weiterhin unsere Vielfalt, unser kollektives Gedächtnis, unsere Werte und unsere Ethik verteidigen.
