"BLOCCHIAMO TUTTO!” È stato lo slogan motore che durante lo scorso autunno, in tutta Italia, ha reso concrete numerose proteste contro il genocidio palestinese. Tutte queste dimostrazioni di solidarietà sono state duramente represse con sanzioni penali e amministrative. Questa campagna ha l’obiettivo di raccogliere fondi per affrontare la dura repressione che, anche a Taranto, ci sta colpendo.

Taranto è stata palcoscenico di tali mobilitazioni e della conseguente repressione, soprattutto in due episodi. Il primo ha riguardato le proteste dirette alla nave Seasalvia, attraccata alla banchina ENI del porto di Taranto il 27 settembre 2025 per essere rifornita di greggio destinato a Israele e alle sue forze armate, come documentato dall’inchiesta giornalistica di Report.

In tale occasione abbiamo manifestato e occupato la banchina dove la Seasalvia era attraccata per contrastare il rifornimento. II secondo episodio è avvenuto la sera del 1° ottobre 2025, in cui le FOI (forze armate di occupazione di Israele) fermarono la Sumud Flotilla in acque internazionali, sequestrandone gli equipaggi. In quell’occasione, in tutta Italia una marea di manifestanti scese spontaneamente per strada e anche a Taranto abbiamo manifestato la nostra solidarietà verso gli attivisti e il popolo palestinese nella stazione ferroviaria. Pochi mesi dopo queste proteste, moltx di noi hanno ricevuto sanzioni amministrative e penali per un totale che va ben oltre i 20.000€. Il nuovo DL sicurezza e l’attuale governo di estrema destra fanno si che a repressione sia più forte che mai. Consapevoli del sistema in cui viviamo, convintx delle nostre idee e delle nostre azioni, continueremo ad organizzarci per supportare un territorio difficile come il nostro e a tessere reti solidali con le lotte internazionali. A fronte di tutto ciò vi chiediamo di supportarci, per poter affrontare gli alti costi che dobbiamo coprire. Fissiamo il nostro primo obiettivo a 2.200 euro per coprire i primi 2.000 euro di multe e spese legali e la somma necessaria per coprire i costi di Firefund.

ALLA REPRESSIONE RISPONDIAMO CON LA SOLIDARIETÀ

“LET’S SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN!” This was the rallying cry that, last fall, sparked numerous protests across Italy against the Palestinian genocide. All these demonstrations of solidarity were harshly repressed with criminal and administrative penalties. This campaign aims to raise funds to confront the harsh repression that is affecting us, even here in Taranto.

Taranto has been the scene of such mobilizations and the resulting repression, particularly in two incidents. The first involved protests targeting the Seasalvia, which docked at the ENI pier in the Port of Taranto on September 27, 2025, to be supplied with crude oil destined for Israel and its armed forces, as documented by the investigative report by Report.

On that occasion, we protested and occupied the dock where the Seasalvia was moored to prevent the refueling. The second incident occurred on the evening of October 1, 2025, when the FOI (Israeli Occupation Forces) stopped the Sumud Flotilla in international waters and detained its crews. On that occasion, across Italy, a flood of protesters spontaneously took to the streets, and in Taranto as well, we demonstrated our solidarity with the activists and the Palestinian people at the train station. A few months after these protests, many of us received administrative and criminal penalties totaling well over €20,000. The new Security Decree and the current far-right government mean that repression is stronger than ever. Aware of the system in which we live, and convinced of our ideas and actions, we will continue to organize to support a challenging community like ours and to build solidarity networks with international struggles. In light of all this, we ask you to support us so that we can cover the high costs we face. We’ve set our first goal at 2,200 euros to cover the first 2,000 euros in fines and legal fees, as well as the amount needed to cover Firefund’s costs.
